Hi! I’m Nashalee Rodriguez, the heart behind Tapas Ricas. What started in 2020 as a fun hobby quickly grew into something so much more. I began creating charcuterie boards for family and friends, just for fun, blending the vibrant flavors of my Puerto Rican heritage with Wisconsin’s iconic cheeses. Before I knew it, people kept asking for more, and I realized—this wasn’t just a hobby anymore.

It became clear that the community truly wanted what I was creating: a fusion of culture, flavor, and connection. That’s when Tapas Ricas was born. Now, I get to share my love for sazón, cheese, and bocadillos with Milwaukee and beyond, one board at a time. Let’s celebrate together with something as simple and meaningful as good food shared with great people. 🧀🌴✨
